I am trying to get a new salem newsgroup started. What are the steps needed to
do this?

Wouldn't want a duplicate, but maybe salem.personals, or salem.gay or even
salem.youth.
Now, if you mean a duplicate in the sense of salem.general is rather
untraffic'd... I would have to agree there. hehe

I'm not sure how you establish a new salem ng. Since salem.general
exists why would you want a duplicate?
